Reminder: Saturday classes start tomorrow! Parent/Child Yoga begins at 10:30am, and the Girl’s Empowerment sessions begins at 11:00am. We have extra mats at the studio, but you and/or your child are welcomed to bring your own if you have them.
We are kicking off the fall session with Emily’s vinyasa class at 7:00pm tonight! If you have reserved a space for any of our classes, but haven’t purchased a class pass or monthly membership yet, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to your first class.
