Gail

Gail has been a part of the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has instructed a variety of group fitness classes during that time and has even competed in body building competitions both here and away!

Gail was introduced to yoga 5 years ago, and initially wasn’t sure if it would be a good fit for her. She was wrong! Her fitness-inspired lifestyle definitely had room for yoga, and she enjoyed it so much that she completed the required training to be able to teach it. This year she completed a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr Yoga Teaching training in Swastha Yoga. Her upbeat personality and great sense of humour instantly makes you feel at ease in her classes. She currently teaches a gentle flow-style yoga as well as a Swastha strength yoga class.
