Kayla

Kayla has always had a passion for helping people and the world around her. Kayla completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She went on to specialize in neonatal care and perinatal care. She completed studies through British Columbia Institute of Technology and World Health Organization Breastfeeding. She is currently working as a Registered Nurse in labour and delivery.

Kayla discovered yoga years ago as a way to greater physical and mental health. Her love for yoga took her on a beautiful journey. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Recognized Yoga Teacher Training at the Lotus Centre. She then went on to specialize in prenatal yoga and has loved the positive influence on pregnant women and their labour.

Kayla has a kind, gentle demeanor and a passion for health and well-being. She is currently teaching strength yoga, a more challenging yoga flow.
