Trudy

Trudy loves to be physically active and on the move, that’s when she feels her best. Trudy started her yoga teacher training in 2013 with Yogafit Canada and her current goal is to reach her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. Prior to her yoga training, Trudy found it challenging to get up in front of a group of people, however with practice, persistence, and experience, Trudy now teacher three classes per week! Trudy loves to travel and attend yoga classes throughout the world, bringing back what she learns to share with her classes here.

Trudy’s soft and gentle voice inspires relaxation the minute you walk into her class, but be prepared to work hard as Trudy’s strength classes will make you sweat!

Trudy’s philosophy is if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Trudy focuses on increasing one’s flexibility, strength, and balance, to guide one to a calm center: a place that is separate from one’s thoughts and the hurricane of life.
